1.Basic Return & Exchange Policy
We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving your order. Please follow the return & exchange process outlined below.
All purchased items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the returned product is in its original condition with all tags attached, and that the invoice and packaging (including cartons, dust bags, chain wrappings, etc.) remain intact (except for returns due to product damage or defects). Failure to meet these requirements may result in us being unable to accept your return or issue a full refund.
Supplementary Notes:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-quality issues (e.g., change of mind),and once the goods are shipped, if there is a return due to personal subjective reasons, you will be responsible for all reasonable costs incurred during the transportation process, including shipping fees.
For returns due to quality issues (e.g., damage, stains), we will cover the return shipping costs, and no additional service fees will apply.
Once we receive and verify your returned item, we will notify you promptly and proceed with the refund process.
If you wish to exchange an item for another product, we recommend returning the original item first and then purchasing the new product separately to ensure the desired item is in stock.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties and fees incurred for returns due to personal reasons, unless the return is caused by product quality issues or our liability.
2.Return & Exchange Process
(1)To start a return, please send your request via email to customercare@brutagofficial.com with your order number and reasons for return.
(2)Once our team approves your return, we will send you the return address. You can arrange the shipment and please write down your order number on a piece of paper and put it in the package. Please send us the tracking number as soon as possible. (Please note that without tracking information we may not be able to process your refund in time.
(3) Prepare & Ship: Pack the unused, undamaged item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached, and ship them according to the provided instructions.
(4)Processing & Verification: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship the exchanged product to you.
3.Important Notes
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email containing shipping instructions. Write your order number on a piece of paper and place it inside the package.
You may choose your preferred shipping carrier to return the order. If you do so, please notify us via email at customercare@brutagofficial.com with your order number and tracking number. We will provide the return address after approving your return request. (Please note: Without tracking information, there may be delays in processing your refund.)
We shall not be liable for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse returns for any merchandise that fails to meet our return requirements.
4.Refund Information
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method within a few business days. You will also receive a refund confirmation email once the process is completed.
