2.Processing Time:​

For in-stock items, orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days. For non-stock items, the production lead time starts from 60 days. Upon receipt of your order, we will promptly confirm the exact delivery schedule with you via email.

3.International delivery time：

We try to deliver your desired bags, no matter where you are located, as fast as possible. Therefore, we partner with different shipping companies. Once transportation begins, it usually takes about 8-15 working days to deliver to your address. Prohibited countries：Sudan, South Sudan, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Crimea.

4.International Duties & Taxes:

Customs duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by destination country, calculated based on your order value, the destination country’s tax regulations, and valuation methods.

5.Late Delivery

In the event of late delivery, we will make every effort to coordinate resources and ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible. However, we cannot take responsibility or offer refunds for delays caused by our courier partners (e.g., DHL, FedEx) or customs clearance processes.

6.Lost Packages

For delivery or tracking issues, the fastest way to resolve them is to contact the shipping carrier directly. Occasionally, carriers may prematurely mark shipments as “delivered” or require additional information from you to complete delivery.
